Are there fees for rescheduling my move?

Nope! You can reschedule your move for free, as long as you notify us 24 hours before your move date. We know closing dates and lease agreements can shift, and we’re committed to being part of the solution, not the stress.

What happens if my move takes longer than estimated?

f your move takes longer than the original estimate, don’t worry—you’ll only pay for the additional time at the same hourly rate we quoted. Our estimators are seasoned pros, but sometimes there’s more inventory than expected. Rest assured, there will be no surprise fees or rate hikes. The hourly rate remains locked in.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes! Your deposit is fully refundable with a 72-hour notice. If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly refund your deposit. You can reach us by phone or email with your quote number, name, and contact details to request your refund.
